A steamer, we prefer stainless ones.
A medium size frying pan

Use a pork and poke into the cauliflower. When it is easy to poke into the cauliflower, then it is ready to be removed from the steamer.
Recipe
Steam the cauliflower in the steamer for about 20 minutes or until it starts to become soft. Remove from steamer and place it on a serving plate. Head the frying pan with medium low heat. Add butter and cracker crumbs Brown the butter and cracker crumbs To brown the butter, simply cook the butter with medium low heat. When butter bubbles and just about to start to smoke, turn off the heat and remove from the pan. Drizzle butter over steamed cauliflower and serve. Use a pork and poke into the cauliflower.
