Recipe
Rinse sardine filets. Pat dry gently with paper towel. Coat the fillets well with semolina flour. Heat grape seed oil in the frying pan. When oil is hot, put the coated sardine in gently, one by one. Make sure there is enough room for oil to flow through each piece to ensure it will be crisp. When coated sardines turned light brown, remove from heat and put them gently on the strainer until the oil drains off. Place them on a serving plate and serve with fresh halve lemon.
