A loaf your favorite bread or use our rustic no-knead bread recipe to make the bread from scratch.

A bunch of fresh parsley

A bunch of fresh chives

Salt and pepper to taste

A flat serving plate

A knife

A cutting board


Tips & Tricks

Lightly toast the bread slices before placing the pulled pork on top. This will prevent to bread from being to too soggy.

Spiced Red Wine Pulled Pork Canapés

Serves: 4-6 Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • Use our Pulled Pork in Red Wine and Spices Recipe for the pulled pork
  • A loaf your favorite bread, or use our no-knead rustic bread recipe
  • A bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • A bunch of fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions

Cut into no thicker than 3/8" thick slices

Light toast the bread slices.

Spread the pulled on the bread slices without too much sauce.

Garnish with chopped herbs and serve.

Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
