Geoduck meat is crunchy, sweet, and fresh in taste. It is easy to clean.

Simply give it a quick blanch, pull off the outer membrane, and it can be sliced and served. The only thing you need is a drizzle of lemon and make sure the geoduck meat you use is fresh.

One geoduck, cleaned and rinsed.
A lemon
Sea salt and wasabi to taste

Tasty Geoduck Sashimi

Serves: 2 Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • One Geoduck, cleaned and rinsed.
  • A lemon, halved
  • Wasabi
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

Make thin slices of the meat by slicing it in an angle.

Place on the starving plate

Serve with lemon and wasabi on the side
