This chili recipe is quick and easy to make.
With gorgeous colors from 13 different beans, stirring the pot while cooking it is insanely epic, you almost want to slow down the time to savor the cooking process. It also tastes sublimely delicious as it looks!

13 different typs of beans (or use what is available to you)
Minced venison (pork, beef, or chicken will work just as beautifully)
1 large yellow onion
2 gloves of garlic
Olive oil
Dry red wine
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
3 medium tomatoes
Cumins
Corianders
Chili Flakes
Aleppo Pepper

A medium pot. We prefer using a cast iron pot, like the one in the video.
A medium size long wooden spoon.
Tips & Tricks
Heat a medium pot over medium heat, when it start to get hot, add spices and stir, about 1 minutes.
Add oil and stir in the onion and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add garlic and continue to stirring frequently.
Stir in minced meat, when it starts to brown, stir in the rest of the vegetables, and the seasonings.
Cover, reduce heat to very low, and simmer for at least 1 hour.
